AI Visibility Checkup Service Terms
These terms govern the AI Visibility Checkup supplied by Eric Mollison, operating as Portfolio Studio. Purchasing after Portfolio Studio review confirms acceptance of these terms and the Refund Policy.
Service
One Checkup covers one eligible business, one canonical public website, one primary market or service area, one primary offering, one primary conversion path, and up to three competitors. The accepted order confirmation is the frozen scope.
Customer responsibilities
The customer confirms authority to commission the work, supplies accurate information in the combined order form, maintains a public operating website, and responds to one consolidated clarification request. Customer statements remain inputs and may be marked unverified when public evidence is absent.
Included delivery
Portfolio Studio supplies a concise human-reviewed assessment, evidence appendix, six-area scorecard, AI-response observations where available, three to five priorities, one clarification response, and factual corrections. Delivery is due within five business days after payment unless a documented external interruption requires a revised date.
Excluded work
Implementation, website changes, SEO services, content creation, analytics setup, directory outreach, ongoing monitoring, legal/compliance advice, custom strategy, live consulting, and expanded brands, domains, markets, languages, catalogs, or journeys are excluded.
Evidence and AI limitations
The report is a dated diagnostic sample, not a universal ranking. AI systems vary by model, interface, session, location, personalization, source availability, and time. Portfolio Studio does not guarantee retrieval, mention, citation, recommendation, lead, sale, revenue, or future result.
Payment and taxes
The one-time price is $249, paid before work begins through the approved payment processor. Applicable taxes are displayed or handled according to the activated merchant configuration. The recognizable card statement descriptor is PORTFOLIOSTUDIO.
Delivery and acceptance
Delivery occurs to the customer email or approved secure location. The customer must report access problems promptly. One consolidated clarification request may be submitted within five business days. Verified factual errors are corrected without using that allowance. New scope is not a correction.
Cancellation and refunds
The published Refund Policy controls cancellations and refunds. Refunds return to the original payment method when possible.
Permitted use
The customer may use the delivered report internally for business decision-making and may share it with professional advisers. Portfolio Studio retains its pre-existing methodology, templates, and know-how. The customer retains rights in information it supplies. Neither party may publish the other's confidential or identifying material without permission.
Liability and professional advice
The Checkup is informational and operational, not legal, medical, financial, safety, or regulatory advice. To the extent permitted by law, Portfolio Studio's aggregate liability arising from the order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
