Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Eric Mollison, operating as Portfolio Studio, handles information for the AI Visibility Checkup.

Information collected

Portfolio Studio collects contact, eligibility, assessment-scope, and public business and website information, payment transaction references supplied by the payment processor, communications, delivery/access records, feedback, and evidence required to prepare and verify the Checkup.

How information is used

Information is used to review a request, reconcile payment, validate scope, perform and independently review the assessment, deliver and correct files, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent misuse, meet legal and accounting obligations, and evaluate the founding pilot.

Public-source boundary

The founding Checkup uses public business information by default. Portfolio Studio does not request website passwords, payment-card details, customer lists, individual customer data, financial statements, or proprietary strategy. Customer statements are inputs, not proof, and may require public support.

Payment processing

Payment-card information is handled by Stripe, not stored by Portfolio Studio. Stripe's own privacy terms govern its processing. Portfolio Studio receives transaction identifiers, amount, status, contact details, and related records needed to fulfill and reconcile the order.

Service providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by approved hosting, email, form, file-delivery, analytics, and payment providers only as necessary for the purposes above. Portfolio Studio does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or with authorization.

Retention and security

Records are retained only for the approved delivery, audit, dispute, accounting, legal, and pilot-evaluation periods. Access is limited by role. Public samples require separate permission and are redacted. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of eligible personal information. Contact support@portfoliostudiohq.com. Portfolio Studio may retain records required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
